This is site is dedicated to discussing not just the immediate impact of existing and public policy, but the second and third order effects.  Arguments will be based on facts first.  When one creates an opinion about second and third order effects, it should be backed up with facts, accepted theories, reasonable hypotheses, or expert opinions.  Facts should come from the fact originator, facts should not come through intermediate studies.  If one wants to quote an individual, then full raw footage (without edits) is the best source.  Using insults or name calling will not be allowed and posts or comments that resort to this kind of behavior will be removed.
