Second Order Effects Increased CO2 will cause Asthma Attacks in kids, really?
Right after President Trump announced that he was pulling the U.S. out of the Paris Climate Change Accord; former Secretary of State John Kerry made a number of claims that the world was going to come to an end because he pulled the U.S. out. One of the more mundane claims was that more children are going to have asthma. My reaction was, how in the world is more CO2 going to effect asthma in children? The level of CO2 in a persons lungs is, as they get ready to exhale is many times the levels, in the atmosphere (This is why you exhale). So this article focuses on how a Relatively small change in the atmosphere CO2 levels could cause asthma in children.
